Churn Insights
The Churn Insights page turns real cancellation data — captured directly from the cancellation save flow — into something you can act on, instead of a raw list of lost subscribers.
Basic churn counts are available on Starter. The full Churn Insights page (drivers, trend, save-flow analytics) is available on Pro. See Pricing & Plans.
What’s on the page
- Revenue lost to cancellations.
- Top cancellation drivers — a breakdown of the reasons customers actually selected when cancelling, each with an auto-generated insight and a recommended action.
- Cancellation trend over time.
- Recent cancellations table.
Save-flow effectiveness
If you’ve turned on the cancellation save flow, this page also shows:
- Saved subscriptions and save rate — how many customers who started cancelling accepted a pause or skip offer instead.
- Revenue saved — the dollar value of subscriptions that didn’t churn because of the offer.
- A per-offer retention table breaking down which offer (pause vs. skip) converts better.
Turning this into action
- Look at your top cancellation driver. If it’s something fixable (“shipping took too long,” “too expensive”), that’s a product or pricing signal, not just a churn statistic.
- If save rate is low, reconsider which offers you’re showing — see Set up the cancellation save flow to adjust the reasons list and which offers appear.
- Cross-reference with Failed-Payment Recovery — a cancellation caused by a bounced card is a different problem than a customer choosing to leave, and it’s handled automatically, not through the save flow.
