The Risk Center is a single screen that collapses everything that could cost you money or break a box shipment into one severity-ranked action queue — instead of you having to check five different pages every morning to see if anything needs attention.

What it watches

Dunning — payments currently mid-retry after a failed charge.
Box readiness — a curated box that’s missing, empty, or still in draft ahead of its ship date.
Inventory — stock shortfalls for an upcoming box, computed against your live Shopify stock.
Churn — spikes in cancellation rate.
Migration — stalled rows in an in-progress CSV import.
Plan health — plans with no product attached, or revenue overly concentrated in a single plan.

Every number on this screen is recomputed from the same live data the Recovery, Churn, Bundles, and Offers pages already use — so nothing here can disagree with what those pages show. If any one data source has a problem, that source simply contributes no rows rather than breaking the whole page.

Box Readiness gate

Before you send a curated box, the Risk Center (and the box editor itself) shows a “safe to send / do not send” check with explicit blockers and warnings, plus:

A propagation dry-run preview — exactly who would receive this cycle’s box, who’s already covered, and who would be blocked, before you commit to anything.
An inventory forecast comparing required units against your live Shopify stock.

This means you never hit “Send” blind on a box program.

Daily digest

A daily snapshot powers an in-app banner (“X risks need attention”) on your dashboard, and the Risk Center itself flags what’s new since your last visit — escalation-aware, and limited to critical and high-severity items so it doesn’t turn into noise. This is entirely in-app; no email is sent for it.
