Curated monthly boxes

You decide what’s in the box each month — products, variants, and quantities — and lock it in once you’re happy with it. On each subscriber’s billing date, RebillCart’s propagation engine rewrites their order to that month’s contents automatically; you never have to touch individual subscriptions.

• Curate a box per calendar period; lock/unlock while you’re still deciding.
• The engine runs on a daily schedule and also covers new subscribers instantly — someone who subscribes mid-month still gets the current box, not last month’s.
• Every propagation is idempotent — re-running it never double-ships or duplicates a box.

Build-a-box (customer-picked)

Instead of a fixed curation, subscribers choose their own items from a menu you define, with per-item quantity steppers and enforced minimum/maximum item counts.

• One-time boxes are picked right on the product page, so that exact pick ships with that order.
• Subscription boxes are picked in the customer portal each cycle, with a per-month selection cutoff; the product page shows a read-only preview of “what’s inside” instead.
• The menu can be a stable pool (one menu that never expires — the default, good for build-your-own snack/coffee style programs) or a rotating monthly menu for seasonal merchants who want the picker itself to change every month.

Regular (one-time) box mode

Any curated or build-a-box program can also be sold as a one-time purchase instead of a subscription — no selling plan, no recurring contract. The order’s contents are still expanded into the correct component line items automatically, so your fulfillment process (and 3PL, if you use one) sees real SKUs and inventory draws down correctly either way.

Creating a box product

The bundle editor can mint a brand-new box product for you — just a name and a price — and auto-publish it to your Online Store, instead of requiring you to pre-build the product in Shopify first.

Storefront presentation

The storefront widget automatically shows a box “hero” layout for curated and build-a-box products: a dynamic collection title, an editorial note you write per month, per-item badges, and a swipeable carousel previewing the current box’s contents.
